    Garmin Design System for Web

    Garmin’s 10+ web-based products were isolated, inconsistent, and not scalable across 6 business verticals and 35 countries. To unify the products and process, I co-built and owned Garmin’s first Design System. I evangelized the Design System for global adoption across 15 teams, up-skilled leadership, and drove scalable, accessible components to deliver a consistent user experience. The Design System created significant cost-saving measures for Garmin’s #1 source of revenue: Garmin.com.

    Garmin.com eCommerce

    With significant back-end restrains and a large volume of complex content created inconsistently across 6 business verticals, users needed to locate one specific feature as quickly as possible. I created a streamlined, easy-to-navigate experience for this Garmin.com B2C product that directed users to the features that informed their Garmin.com purchases and drove sales through the eCommerce flow, while creating consistency across all business verticals and leveraging existing Design System components.

    Garmin Marketing Email Redesign

    I redesigned Garmin’s global email marketing campaigns, led system migration, drove global adoption, and trained teams. I also built and owned an email design system to deliver consistency and efficiency across email processes, driving sales to Garmin.com.

    I led the design of Garmin's first-ever watch builder tool to create a fun, seamless experience for customers to design a custom watch. This product drove sales through the B2C Garmin.com purchase funnel, significantly increasing revenue in Garmin’s wellness vertical.

    Garmin Dealer Software

    Built with legacy code and no UX influence, Garmin’s DRC was so difficult for dealers to use that many avoided it. I led the 0:1 design of this B2B SaaS inventory management product to overhaul the dealer experience. I drove cross-collaboration with engineering and conducted user research to deliver a highly-usable, on-brand, systems-driven product, which significantly increased engagement and drove sales through Garmin’s #2 source of revenue: dealer retail locations.
